Get Your Fix of Sun and Vitamin D

It's sunny here in the Great Northwest (shocker, I know, we are all wandering around right now in a state of absolute 'awe') and you're thinking "Time to go get some 70 - 100 SPF for the BEST protection I can find, right?

Well, to piggy back off of Mark's Daily Apple and his recent post about sunblock, it's important to note that we NEED sun. Yeah! Get past your standard 'Media-induced' ideas about avoiding the sun at ALL costs and get at least 15 - 20 minutes a day of unprotected sun exposure!

Vin Miller, with "Natural Bias", wrote an intelligent article that I believe EVERYONE concerned with their health should read.

Read his article and you will find that "Vitamin D deficiency is associated with cancer, autism, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and other debilitating diseases". Hmmmmmm....

You just might save your life by exposing yourself... (easy now, I mean your non-naughty parts, k?).
